Conyers Unique Self Storage Site

Four years ago, David Miles, General Contractor and Self-Storage Developer had a vision for a different kind of self-storage experience. After collaborating with the City of Conyers Planning and Zoning, an elegantly designed equestrian residential look self-storage site plan was finalized. The plans included a clock tower with a height limit not to exceed 100 feet.

Although the location at 1050 Flat Shoals Road in Conyers, GA had many extreme negatives regarding elevations, David Miles felt the site would have the best visibility for this unique design. A 14-foot retaining wall was necessary; in addition to 1,025 loads of dirt hauled to the site and compacted. All the boulders that were dug up on site were added to the landscape design.

David and his son Brian started construction in 2015; however, many months of extreme rain delays followed.
