The North Georgia Live Steamers is excited to announce the 2018 ride day schedule. As in past years we be open for public rides in April, May, June, September, and October. Mark the calendar now and bring the whole family out and enjoy the Conyers & Hightower Trail Railroad. This will be our 6th year running at our location at the Georgia International Horse Park in Conyers, GA.
Train rides are $2 per person per ride on the railroad. All riders must be at least 18 months old or older. Sorry we only accept Cash at this time. For insurance reasons we also can not allow expectant mothers to ride on the railroad at this time.
2018 Conyers & Hightower Trail Railroad Projects
As the club prepares for projects around the railroad in 2018 we are looking for individuals and groups that would like to join the club or volunteer around the railroad to help us with both small and larger projects. One of the projects we are looking to start in 2018 includes building nearly 800 feet of track panels, countless switches, and several grade crossings. You don’t have to be handy just willing to get dirty, learn, and have fun.
